• 1Dinkam.com एक ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म है, जो काम देने वालों (Job Providers) और काम करने वालों (Workers) को आपस में जोड़ने का कार्य करता है।
• हमारे सिस्टम मे कोई भी व्यक्ति 1 दिन से लेकर 15, 20 दिन या 30 दिन तक का काम पोस्ट कर सकता है !
• 1Dinkam.com स्वयं कोई प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी, ठेकेदार या नियोक्ता (Employer) नहीं है।
• यह एक जानकारी देने वाली वेबसाईट है !
• 1Dinkam.com का उद्देश्य केवल Job Providers और Workers के बीच संपर्क स्थापित करने में सहायता करना है।

2. लेन-देन और भुगतान (Payments & Wage Disputes)

• 1Dinkam.com ,सिर्फ जॉब पोस्ट करने वालों से 00 रुपये चार्ज करता है , ताकि कोई भी व्यक्ति फालतू /काम पोस्ट ना करे !
• मजदूरी (Wages), काम के घंटे और भुगतान से संबंधित सभी लेन-देन Job Provider और Worker के बीच का निजी मामला है।
• मजदूरी में किसी विवाद, भुगतान न मिलने या भुगतान से संबंधित किसी अन्य समस्या के लिए 1Dinkam.com जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
• काम करने से पहले आपको अपने काम को और अपने पैसे को स्वयं निश्चय करना होगा !

3. सही जानकारी की जिम्मेदारी (User Responsibility)

• Job Provider को काम का सही विवरण, सही लोकेशन और अपना सही मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना आवश्यक है।
• Worker को भी अपनी सही और आवश्यक जानकारी प्रदान करनी चाहिए।
• किसी भी प्रकार की गलत, भ्रामक, धोखाधड़ी वाली या अवैध (Illegal) Job Post पाए जाने पर 1Dinkam.com उसे बिना पूर्व सूचना के हटा सकता है।
• ऐसे मामलों में संबंधित User का Account ब्लॉक या निलंबित (Suspend) किया जा सकता है।

4. सुरक्षा और सावधानी (Safety Disclaimer)

• किसी काम को स्वीकार करने या किसी Worker को काम पर रखने से पहले Worker और Job Provider दोनों को एक-दूसरे की पहचान/ID और काम की जगह की जानकारी की स्वयं जांच करनी चाहिए।
• किसी भी काम पर जाने से पहले आवश्यक सुरक्षा सावधानियां बरतना User की अपनी जिम्मेदारी है।
• किसी दुर्घटना, चोट, विवाद, धोखाधड़ी, नुकसान या अन्य घटना के लिए 1Dinkam.com जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

5. कौन से जॉब में अप्लाइ करे

1. जिस लोकैशन को आप जानते हो ,उसमे अप्लाइ करे !
2. जिस जॉब मे महिलाओ का काम हो ,उसको पूरी तरह वेरीफ़ाई करे और आप वहाँ के काम को , लोकैशन को जानते हो तभी अप्लाइ करे
3. किसी जॉब मे ज्यादा पैसा देखकर जॉब को बिना वेरीफ़ाई किए ,बिना जानकारी के पैसों के लालच मे अप्लाइ ना करे !
4. 1dinkam.com सिस्टम का उपयोग करने वाला प्रत्येक व्यक्ति स्वयं का मालिक है , इसलिए अपनी जानकारी के अनुसार ही कोई जॉब मे अप्लाइ करे , वेरीफ़ाई करे !

• On our system, anyone can post a job ranging from a single day to 15, 20, or even 30 days.
• 1Dinkam.com is not a placement agency, contractor, or employer itself.
• It is an informational website.
• The sole objective of 1Dinkam.com is to facilitate connections between job providers and workers.

2. Payments & Wage Disputes

• It only charges job posters ₹ 00 to ensure that no one posts frivolous or fake jobs.
• All matters regarding wages, working hours, and payments are private transactions between the job provider and the worker.
• 1Dinkam.com shall not be held responsible for any disputes regarding wages, non-payment, or any other payment-related issues.
• You must personally finalize the details of the work and the payment terms before commencing the job.

3. User Responsibility

• Job Providers must provide accurate job details, the correct work location, and a valid mobile number.
• Workers must also provide accurate and necessary information.
• Any false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job post may be removed without prior notice.
• In such cases, the concerned user’s account may be blocked or suspended.

4. Safety Disclaimer

• Before accepting a job or hiring a Worker, both the Worker and Job Provider should independently verify each other’s identity/ID and the details of the workplace.
• Users are responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions before going to any workplace.
• 1Dinkam.com shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, dispute, fraud, loss, damage, or any other incident arising between Users.

5. Which job should I apply for?

Apply only for locations you are familiar with.

For jobs involving work for women, verify the details thoroughly; apply only if you are familiar with the nature of the work and the location.

Do not apply for a job out of greed for high pay without first verifying the details and gathering sufficient information.

Every individual using the 1dinkam.com system is their own boss; therefore, you should verify details and apply for jobs based on your own judgment and information.
