1. Registration & Partner Fee

To post job vacancies on 1dinkam.com, users/employers are required to pay a non-refundable Partner Fee of ₹ 00.
This payment grants you partner access to post and manage your job listings on our portal as per the applicable plan terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on 1dinkam.com are final and strictly non-refundable.
Once the payment of ₹ 00 is successfully completed, no requests for refunds or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after making the payment.
Partial or non-utilization of the job posting service.
Accidental or duplicate transactions initiated by the user.
Lack of response or applications received on the posted job.

3. Cancellation Policy

Since our services (partner access and job posting credits) are activated immediately upon successful payment verification, cancellation of plan/partner subscription is not permitted once the transaction is completed.

4. Technical / Payment Issues

In the rare event that money is deducted from your bank account/card but your partner account is not activated or updated, please contact us immediately with your transaction details.
If a duplicate payment occurred due to a technical glitch from the payment gateway, the extra amount will be investigated and processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days after verification.

1dinkam.com पर हम नियोक्ताओं (Employers) और भर्तीकर्ताओं (Recruiters) को नौकरी चाहने वालों (Job Seekers) से जोड़ने के लिए एक बेहतर मंच प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं। कृपया कोई भी भुगतान करने से पहले हमारी रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीति ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. रजिस्ट्रेशन और पार्टनर फीस (Registration & Partner Fee)

1dinkam.com पर जॉब वैकेंसी पोस्ट करने के लिए, यूज़र्स/कंपनियों को ₹ 00 की पार्टनर फीस देनी होती है, जो पूरी तरह से गैर-वापसी योग्य (Non-refundable) है।
यह भुगतान आपको हमारे पोर्टल पर पार्टनर के रूप में जॉब पोस्ट करने और उन्हें प्रबंधित (Manage) करने की सुविधा प्रदान करता है।

2. कोई रिफंड नहीं नीति (No Refund Policy)

1dinkam.com पर किया गया सभी भुगतान अंतिम (Final) है और किसी भी स्थिति में वापस (Refund) नहीं किया जाएगा।
₹ 00 का भुगतान सफलतापूर्वक पूरा होने के बाद, किसी भी परिस्थिति में रिफंड या चार्जबैक के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा, जिसमें शामिल हैं:
भुगतान करने के बाद मन बदलना।
जॉब पोस्टिंग सेवा का उपयोग न करना या आंशिक उपयोग करना।
गलती से या दो बार भुगतान (Duplicate transaction) हो जाना।
पोस्ट की गई जॉब पर आवेदकों (Applications) की कम या कोई प्रतिक्रिया न मिलना।

3. रद्दीकरण नीति (Cancellation Policy)

चूंकि सफल भुगतान सत्यापन के तुरंत बाद ही आपकी पार्टनर एक्सेस और सेवाएं चालू कर दी जाती हैं, इसलिए एक बार लेनदेन पूरा हो जाने के बाद प्लान या पार्टनर सदस्यता का रद्दीकरण (Cancellation) संभव नहीं है।

4. तकनीकी या भुगतान संबंधी समस्याएं (Technical Issues)

यदि आपके बैंक खाते से पैसे कट जाते हैं लेकिन आपका पार्टनर अकाउंट अपडेट नहीं होता है, तो कृपया तुरंत अपने लेन-देन के विवरण (Transaction Details) के साथ हमसे संपर्क करें।
यदि पेमेंट गेटवे की तकनीकी खराबी के कारण दोहरा भुगतान (Duplicate Payment) हो गया है, तो सत्यापन (Verification) के बाद 7-10 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर अतिरिक्त राशि आपके मूल भुगतान स्रोत में वापस कर दी जाएगी।
